The day immediately following flooring completion, each house is individually quality walked by one of our 6 Service Technicians to ensure all flooring has been installed and completed satisfactorily. If available, the Builders Superintendent is requested to accompany us during this QA Walk. Any repairs that need to be addressed are completed at this time, if applicable. If not, the QA Sheet is returned to our Pre-Walk Department to order any materials required to complete the repairs. Depending on availability of material, the repair will usually be completed the following day.
Each of our 6 Field Service Technicians is assigned a particular geographic location which allows us to rapidly respond to our Builders request, usually within 24 hours, if not same day.
In-house, we have our Pre-Walk Coordinator, Christy Burnett, who is available by Phone, Fax or Email to address your Field Staffs flooring needs prior to close of escrow. Upon completion of needed repairs, she will follow up with a phone call to ensure all repairs have been completed satisfactorily.
